The company’s 50,000 SF hangar facility has ample room for transient aircraft of any size seeking short or long term storage and has been built to withstand the most severe of weather conditions. Our experienced staff is able to provide a wide array of services that include aircraft fueling, line maintenance, catering, lav and water cart service, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) and Immigration coordination, and much more.
21 Year Business Aviation Support Facility
The Aviation Concepts FBO facility is located on the south side of the Guam International Airport and conveniently located off Taxiway E towards the end of Runway 6R and just north of the Air Traffic Control tower We are the only FBO facility in Guam and have built our business since 2000. We have over 200,000 SF of open ramp area in front of our hangar making rapid fueling stops and U.S. pre-clearance or immigration services a routine part of our service. For short term stays in Guam we provide overnight or longer term hangar storage, passenger and crew hotel transportation, hotel reservation services, and any other required concierge service. Office or conference rooms are also available.
Government and Public Safety Organizational Training
Tech Center Guam, a wholly owned company of Aviation Concepts LLC, is a provider of drone training services to public safety agencies and government organizations. The company was formed as a dedicated entity to leverage its parent company’s expertise and experience as a former FAA Part 135 air carrier. Tech Center Guam utilizes the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) training and competency assessment methodology as their primary training resource and utilizes computer simulation prior to the actual hand flying of drones in public safety activity. The company’s primary customer is the Bureau of Statistics and Plans for the Government of Guam.

FAA Part 145 Repair Station
Aviation Concepts LLC is an FAA-certified Part 145 Repair Station facility and authorized to provide line maintenance services for various turbine aircraft as well as component and equipment service and overhaul. Our customers include Fortune 100 corporations, civilian contractors to the U.S. government, regional air ambulance providers, global jet charter operators ,and high net worth individuals. In addition, the company also provides support equipment, tooling, parts storage, and office space to those organizations that have on-island maintenance personnel that provide their own support.
